When you join the Outpost Dispatch

We collect your email address, an optional first name, the types of updates you select, and the date your request was received. This information is provided voluntarily through the mailing-list form.

When a PDF is viewed or downloaded

The website records the resource name and path, whether it was viewed or downloaded, a combined click count, and the date of the most recent click. This ministry resource counter does not store your name or email address and does not create an individual browsing history.

Standard hosting and security information

The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Like most web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information—such as an IP address, browser or device information, and request logs—to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare describes its practices in its Privacy Policy.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• maintain the Outpost Dispatch mailing list;
• send the ministry updates you requested once email delivery is active;
• understand which downloadable studies are most useful;
• protect the website from abuse and troubleshoot technical problems; and
• respond when you contact the ministry directly.

We do not use this information for targeted advertising or to build commercial advertising profiles.

Embedded content and outside services

The website uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain for embedded video players. Google and YouTube may still receive technical information when a video loads or when you interact with it. Their practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Links may also take you to YouTube, Rumble, Facebook, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle through your banking service, or your email program. Those services operate independently and their own privacy terms apply after you leave this website.

Donations are completed through the selected outside payment service or by mail. Tyler Family Outpost Ministries does not receive your payment password, full bank-account number, or payment-card credentials through this website.

Your mailing-list choices

You may ask to unsubscribe or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your mailing-list information by emailing tylerfamilyoutpostministries@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm the email address connected to the request before changing or deleting a record.

Retention and security

Mailing-list records are kept while you remain subscribed or while they are reasonably needed to manage your request. Anonymous aggregate resource counts may be kept to understand long-term study-resource use. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the mailing-list form. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted.

We may update this notice as the website and its services develop. The effective date above will be changed when the notice is materially revised.
